When people look on the internet for rentals in the area, they are going to run across your site more often than not.  That leads to rentals.  The key to making money renting (or at least breaking even) is to keep that sucker rented as much as you want.  It's hard for a person with just one house to get the same volume of calls that a professional does.  Keep it going...</description>
