Hey Daniel - Sounds like it was a great weekend for people looking to buy a home in McClellanville! Quite a variety of homes too.
What a busy Saturday! Here in Arlington, VA our open houses are mostly on Sundays. But this Thanksgiving weekend- people are still recovering from turkey.

Daniel - I was just talking with my partner today about what to expect this weekend. I like the idea of having multiple open houses. How did it go for you last weekend? I can’t believe 12 homes is half your inventory in McClellanville.
Thank you for your comments, it was quite a showing. Yes, the 12 homes did represent almost half of the mcclellanville inventory, which is actually at an all time high. I think the record sales of lots over the past two years and people beginning to build their own homes on those lots has led to some of the back log. But there are still some amazing deals on mcclelanville homes when you calculate their replacement value (cost to buy land and build the identical house).
