Yes, the 12 homes did represent almost half of the mcclellanville inventory, which is actually at an all time high. I think the record sales of lots over the past two years and people beginning to build their own homes on those lots has led to some of the back log. But there are still some amazing deals on mcclelanville homes when you calculate their replacement value (cost to buy land and build the identical house).
